These high-value fans are damp rated, providing three speed options and the ability to reverse its direction to pull hot air up during winter. The elegant fan features a gently-curved shape, supported by a rounded steel housing for its three sleek blades. A damp-listed integrated LED luminaire at the center of the fixture emits bright, ambient light, with both the light and fan controlled separately by pull chains. You can choose from three handsome finishes, including matte white, matte black, and brushed nickel. The 3-speed AC motor is equipped with an LED light, all controlled by pull chains. The fan also includes an integral memory feature that restores the fan and light kit to its previous setting when toggled using any on/off wall switch (sold separately). Constructed from steel, these flushmount ceiling fans are perfect for ceiling heights of 8ft or less. Each fan is factory-balanced and sound tested to ensure a quiet operation without any wobbling, rattling, or clicking. The AC motors can easily be integrated with third-party ceiling fan controls. The integrated LED light, compliant with CEC Title 24 and Title 20 regulations, is powered by WAC Lighting and offers 1600 lumens with a 90+ CRI.
